This is a large bag so you get about 16 servings inside. They are filling and include protein and fat which helps keep me full longer. I also enjoy them on salads, chopped and added to top of dishes like lettuce wraps, or anywhere I want a little extra crunch.I like that they come in a resealable bag which is convenient for keeping them fresh. They arrived overall whole with just a few nuts broken inside. They tasted fresh and not at all soft or stale which was a good thing.
