I have been taking now for about 3-4 weeks, and I do think I feel a little brighter. I certainly do not feel as crazy about the time change and decreased daylight as I have in the past. I am going to continue to take this saffron supplement. Just an FYI, we received product promptly, as ordered. Seller will get no complaints from us, and will purchase product again.PS I also feel the saffron has helped some with appetite. My work had pizza, which is a trigger food for me, and I didn't want to partake in eating any due to trying to limit calories, and amazingly, I was able to resist. Hmmmmmm. The best I can say is perhaps I experienced augmented contentment, and *maybe* some enhanced cognitive skills like word finding (but this is most likely due to the shroom complex I added a few weeks into my Saffron evaluation.So in conclusion, not sure I got much out of these. And because my money is important to me (it is finite and supports my family), I can only afford supplements that have palpable effects on my mind and / or body.
