**Q: does fingerprint work on both sides?**
A: Only 1 side

**Q: Is there a master fingerprint that is necessary to use to add additional users or can anyone push the program button and add a print? HL1 model.**
A: The first fingerprint is the master user. When other one want to add their fingerprint, have to verify the master fingerprints first.

**Q: is the reset button seriously on the outside?!? So basically bypass lock with paper clip?**
A: No, it’s not just the paper clip, it would also require a registered finger print, otherwise it will stay locked.

**Q: I would like dual-sided fingerprint access. Can this be done?**
A: Yes. I have programmed each of my fingers, and every member of my household has both of their thumb prints scanned.
