Clearly give a measure of reassurance that our home is protected from a leak. Also found out our neighbors landscapers were using our water when we were away. They only got 15 sec worth. Would be nice to be able to reset remotely. Also an internet (text or email) would be nice. I do this through a dry contact alert called ConnectSense. We had a plumber put it in and then discovered it was much more involved than just in the initial install. We have had nothing but issues with installation. After having it put in we called FloLogic for recommendations on installers to put in the bypass and check valve. The recommended installer knew nothing about a check valve being recommended and had no idea how to set up the bypass to the water softener and had no access to parts to get it done. We have now had two plumbers to our house and are not able to use this product at all due to these issues. The product and support should include all items necessary for an install and FloLogic should provide expert help for the installation, not an inexperienced plumber with no idea how the system functions and the recommended install procedures. They also offered a fabulous discount on the upgrade, easy choice.The upgrade had a few "teething" problems, but tech support was spectacular.
