With all that said, I have not worn it under an actual shirt yet. I've had it on all morning, but only have a cardigan on over top of it. I don't imagine that it would feel any different under an actual t-shirt or a tight fitting top, but I will came back and update my review if my opinion changes once worn under actual clothing.
