I've been taking akkermansia probiotic for almost a year now, discovering different strains and how they work, and how they work in concert with each other and my body. One overall benefit is my tummy that I thought was just fat, isn't. It's gone down. While I'm definitely overweight, my tummy is now flatter than it ever has been. My pants fit better, and looser....I've also lost weight, 25 pounds in that timeframe, maybe 1-ish pound a week, and I've not changed much exercise wise. I do eat more greens, complex salads, trying out those dinner boxes (they are currently cheaper than the grocery store!) I don't have gas, I don't have digestive issues. I would say they've been beneficial to my regimen of health. These are the last type of probiotics I've tried, and honestly, they aren't bad for what they propose to be. They kept my tummy flat, the bowels working well, and generally being just right. I would have no problems recommending them to anyone, the price point is very nice for the number of servings you're getting, and 30+ strains is not common. You are absolutely getting what you pay for which this akkermansia muciniphila probiotic.
