However, I do not agree with some reviews saying that it is good as a make-up base. Unfortunately I wanted this cream to wear outside - where I generally wear make-up, however if you're not a make-up person or want it for the beach then I would say that this is good! It contains Niacinamide which I love and Hyaluronic Acid which is great for dry skin as well as it not having a strong scent. The issues being that I have found when adding make-up on top, it balls up, this is even when delicately using a beauty blender so it feels like it mainly sits on top of the skin, rather than absorbing in. Also, I have very dry skin and although alone it seems to hydrate my skin fine, I get a scaly forehead once make-up is on (I would usually use a very hydrating primer, however primer does not go over this well). I don't want to put anyone off though if they are not intending to wear make-up - it's a fantastic product other than that!
