Coloring with SPECIAL BLOND 1. Mixture - 1: 2 - 1 part cream color: 2 parts oxidizing cream. Brighten hair up to 5 shades and adds color. It is recommended for use on hair with base of 6/0 or lighter. On bases, darker than 6/0 the effect will be a warmer color. 2. Choice of oxidant. The use of cream-oxidants of 9% and 12% is recommended. 12% is not recommended in the root zone. 3. First coloration (all hair). 3.1. Apply the mixture 1-3 cm from the root along the entire length. 3.2. After 20 minutes apply new mixture to the roots and leave for 45-50 minutes. * 3.3. Total time - 65-70 minutes *. 4.
