**Q: Is this product 100% turmeric, or does it also contain pepper as a catalyst?**
A: It contains bioprene as a catalyst I think, which is basically black pepper without the spice. This greatly enhances the absorption, so I understand

**Q: How long before you noticed a difference, if any..?**
A: It took about a month but after that time my dog who had a muscular shoulder injury stopped limping when we took her on a half hour walk. She’s isn't old and the vet thought the injury was sustained through play with other dogs and she’d get knocked over as she’s small. I give her a tablet every other day and do long walks where she can run and play and there has been no limping. Will definitely keep her on it for anti inflammatory

The capsule is very easy to open and sprinkle over the food and my dogs seems to enjoy it. I have noticed a substantial difference in her mobility and reduced stiffness when she gets up from a lying down position, it is obviously working on her old joints and is helping with her mobility and reducing the amount of pain she had due to the stiff joints.
