I’ve never ordered any kind of furniture online, and was a bit hesitant. However, thanks to the many helpful reviews (especially the one from ‘dw in fl’) I took a chance, and I’m so glad that I did! They are not difficult to put together, the directions are pretty clear and they come with perfectly portioned-out tools, screws & washers, and they actually only have a few chair pieces to be assembled. However, please read the reviews on assembly, as they offer invaluable advice & tips on the best way to put them together. The chairs are exactly as pictured, except that the wood stain on the legs is a bit darker than pictured (which actually worked better for us). Overall we couldn’t be happier with our Colomy upholstered Parsons Chairs!
Review: Missing hardware - The chairs are great, I love them, not too hard to assemble. I purchase 2 sets of 2, one of them is missing the hardware so Im not able to put the chair together. I called the company a couple of times and no one picks up. I left a couple of messages. I’m waiting for them to return my call to see if they can send me the hardware to assemble the chair or if I have to return everything. I will change my review once I hear back from them. **Update** Company got back to me they will send me the missing hardware, once I actually get it I change it to 5 stars because I love the chairs *2nd Update* Oct 11th was when i sent the email about the hardware, I received the hardware on Oct 23. Hardware came from China so so Im assuming that’s why it took that long to get here. Took away 1 star because of the delay.

After having these chairs for less than a year the padding is wearing down and getting lumpy. The material is holding up pretty good so far. Just a little disappointed in the padding.
