I would have bought directly from Booty Sprout, however they no longer will ship to Canada. While the bands do work, they do not have nearly the resistance of a proper Booty Sprout cable. Review: I bought these specifically to work my triceps. I attached them to my bench with a short curl bar. They work perfectly for what I needed them for. Resistance is perfect. ### ⭐ Review *by G***E on 21 January 2026* Terrible design, literally "snapped" right on my tenth rep of chest flys, first use. I put quotes on snapped because they actually just came apart. They weren't tied, looped, or secured to the carabineer clip in anyway. Just shoved through this tight rubber in hopes it would hold. Resistance was great but extremely unsafe.
