I can't wait to try the other flavors!!They sent my order lightning fast, and I was really looking forward to trying these out, so that was an added bonus. There is quite a lot of chia in these. Previously to this product, I'd tried an apricot/chia bar that was more like a fruit roll up, (I can't remember the brand;) and there was barely any chia seeds in it at all. These chia bars, however, are packed with seeds for lots of nutrients. I would go so far as to say that it was filled with a PLETHORA of chia seeds, lol wink!Also, the apricot filling is not like a fruit roll up; it's slightly chewy, but mushy as well, kind of like fig newton's filling, but just a tad less moist. Combined with the seeds, it creates a wonderful texture experience and keeps you chewing and tasting the delicious flavor, so you really get to enjoy it for a while, instead of it being one bit, two bites, over... I really like that.It's hearty and thick too, so you're really getting your money's worth for this great price! The apricot flavor is mouth-wateringly yummy, and not overly sweet - just the natural apricot taste I was hoping it would be. It makes me feel good to support a business based here in the USA. I also am a huge fan of the fact that these are natural products -- no GMOs in these bars. This is a delightful treat that is good for you, tastes wonderful, and is affordably priced so I've really hit the snack trifecta with this great value!I'm looking forward to trying the other varieties, as well as ordering some more of these right away!
