For being a lower to the ground trampoline, suitable for little kids to climb up easily, it is definitely bouncy enough to have a really good time. Flips and sit to standing are totally possible. It's comfortable, not stiff. Both my teen and 4 year old enjoy it. Mom and dad have also bounced carefully with jr. (Not at the same time.) We opted not to use the net, because it makes it easier to jump from other objects onto the trampoline and makes it easier to pick up the trampoline and move it, which is a unique issue for using them indoors. The padding was really nice and very high quality. But my little one decided that cutting the ties that hold it on would be very fun.
