The actual % breakdown of the coating is not given anywhere on the packaging.Taste - The effect is very sickly leaving an oily aftertaste coupled with a very low melting point. It is a pity as the fruit used is a decent quality. I purchased a much larger 3KG bag of chocolate peanuts at the same time from another seller and hit the same problem but at least they were labelled with a 5% cocoa powder content (when they arrived).Result - they have cured my addiction to chocolate raisins. These are the cheapest tasting chocolate raisins on earth. Fact. The raisins themselves are pretty inoffensive, but the chocolate tasted like you'd come upon an ancient, abandoned chocolate factory, swept up the contents of every floor, melted them down, and coated some raisins with the gag-inducing, detritus-strewn concoction. I can honestly say that I have never felt so let down by a chocolate raisin before. This product - and I can't stress this enough - is what is wrong with this world.The producers should really be taken to task by Trading Standards.
