This one lands right in the middle, and that is exactly what I was looking for.The material is **soft, comfortable, and thicker than I expected**, in a good way. It does not feel flimsy or cheap. The pleated front and lace short sleeves give it a pretty, polished look without making it feel fussy. I can wear it with jeans, dress pants, or shorts and still look like I made an effort—even if the effort was mostly emotional.The fit is great on me. I am **5'3"**, and the length hits right at my hips, which is perfect. It also fits my **narrow shoulders** nicely, which is not always easy to find. Some tops make me look like I borrowed someone else’s shirt and hoped for the best, but this one sits where it should.I have washed it **twice so far**, and it has held up beautifully with **no fading and no shrinkage**.
