GIVI V58NNBA Maxia 5 is the fifth version of MONOKEY top case, with a 58 ltr. capacity. The updated design draws the eye to the aesthetic trends of latest generation motorcycles and maxi-scooters, recalling their clean lines, color combinations and aerodynamic focus. A spacious top case that is also redesigned from a structural standpoint, its optimized weight of 5.4 kg and greater robustness makes it the ideal companion for stress-free travel.The V58NNBA version comprises four black painted covers and a red reflector along the front section. The sleek lines are enhanced with photoengraving on the lid and two chrome decorations on the base. Particularly suited to those who love to go motorcycle touring, alone or with a friend, the Maxia 5 top case can hold two large-sized modular helmets. Comb hinges with stops replace the retention cables to facilitate opening and closing, applying slight pressure to the lid allows for soft and controlled closure. Greater adherence between the two shells better protects against theft. Passenger comfort is guaranteed with the foam rubber black backrest, which can be purchased separately and comes complete with fabric upholstery with GIVI logo, while a soft mat is applied to the base of the top case to prevent items inside from moving around or rubbing against each other. Review: Excellent, large case - Purchased to replace a well used V55 case. The v57 has redesigned hinges, better locking mech as well as a security feature which will prevent virtually any attempt to rip the case off with a prybar. This case is compatible with any Givi mounting plate be it old or new. The mount plate I am using is over 14 years old and the v57 case attached with no issues. This case does have the ability to have red lights added for additional visibility. The only problem you will have is actually getting the Givi lighting kit. I have been waiting to purchase the kit for a few weeks now and I don't know when/if Givi will ever have it to purchase.

Purchased to replace a well used V55 case. The v57 has redesigned hinges, better locking mech as well as a security feature which will prevent virtually any attempt to rip the case off with a prybar. This case is compatible with any Givi mounting plate be it old or new. The mount plate I am using is over 14 years old and the v57 case attached with no issues. This case does have the ability to have red lights added for additional visibility. The only problem you will have is actually getting the Givi lighting kit. I have been waiting to purchase the kit for a few weeks now and I don't know when/if Givi will ever have it to purchase.

Just ordered this givi maxis 5. It arrived in California in 1 day with prime. The bag fit the mono key base plate from the older version perfectly. It looks great on my gold wing but I do plan on painting the shiny parts to match the bike. I would order from tour and ride again!
