It is resistant to water, has little warping, has a beautiful wood surface, and maintains its quality for a long time. This is a product made by a master craftsman with all his heart, so please cherish it for many years to come. *Precautions for storage after use After use, please wash thoroughly with water, then drain and dry in the shade. Never expose it to direct sunlight to dry it.

- Each piece is individually planed, making it highly water resistant and moisture wicking. By making vinegared rice on a rice cooker, you can prevent the water from the vinegar from being absorbed into the main unit and making the vinegared rice watery.
