Well-made with high quality material: The solid brass body with shiny chrome finish gives the faucet a 100% stainless steel look and feel. The whole thing feels sturdy and heavy in my hands. Yet the installation was relatively easy. There was absolutely no scratches or stains or any kind of flaws that I could see when I first opened the box. The chrome finish looks like sparkling mirrors... just beautiful. All of this indicates the product is the result of a near-perfect manufacturing process.2. Well packaged and arrived quickly: It comes with installation instruction and all necessary nuts, bolts, tapes (even a pair of white gloves). All you need to get is a Phillips screwdriver, a wrench, and an adjustable or jaw-locking grip wrench. The installation instruction is in English, French, and German but it didn't state where the product was made. Given the high quality of the faucet and my experience with German products, I'd guess it was made or assembled in Germany with parts coming from different countries.3. Style: This is THE MOST stylish, elegant, and modern kitchen faucet you can find anywhere. It becomes a focal point of our kitchen and we've received a lot of compliments.4. Functionality: One cool thing about its functionality that we really like is its two water modes, stream and spray, that are stream-default. This means that when you press the button to switch the water mode from stream to spray, it will automatically switch it back to stream when you're done spraying. We thought that was cool because we use the stream most of the time, so the automatic switch is a cool and thoughtful time saver!Cons:1. High-priced compared to other brands on Amazon and in stores, but we'd say you get what you pay for.
