The sound quality was excellent &the bass was also good, not overpowering, but the service centre experience was very bad.Jbl (Harman service center) in UAE is not good at all. As per the harman customer service instructions, I went to submit the earphones at the Harman store in Deira city centre. Staff there didn't accept the earphones as he said that he couldn't track the serial number, and he would accept them only if they were bought from their store, so I went to the JBL store at burjuman Mall. There, the staff accepted the earphones and told me they would send them to the service centre and gave me a receipt.I waited for a few days, but nobody called or mailed, so I sent an email enquiring about the earphones. Then, after a few minutes, staff at Harman store burjuman mall called and said that they didn't have the same color I submitted. That's why they didn't call. I told them I don't have any problem with color. After a few days, I went to collect the earphones, I gave the receipt and collected the new one. The new earphones were also not working, not detecting at all. I tried on a few of my friend's phones, but it was not detected at all. I don't know whether they gave me a defective one or a new one. My mistake was that I didn't check the earphones at the store. Wasted so much time, never going to buy a JBL product from uae again.In India, you can send the earphones to the service centre by courier or post.
