I wound up staying with the medium regular. A lot of people were saying they run big, but if you have muscular legs your better off staying true to size and pulling the drawstrings tight because these don’t stretch much. I have a 32 in inseam and the regular length was perfect on me. Any taller and you might need to get the talls and then hem the bottom because those things are built for 6 footers.
