Got this for my partner to help with his digestion/elimination. This is what he had to say about it!The taste is very earthy so it may be hard for some to drink without first mixing with juice. I chose to just use water to mix it and took 1ml twice daily. I can say it does help with defecation but thankfully not like a laxative.For me it helped move stuff along and made my poop one solid snake. I noticed if I took it less then twice a day, I would not notice anything at all. Instructions are easy and the supplement is not hard to take, but yeah, mix it with grape or apple juice if you don't like earthy taste. Highly recommend as an elimination aid.

OK, this product I’m gonna give it a 100% because one it helps with your digestive system! I mixed this with juice and I could not taste it however, if you mix with water, you’re going to be hit with an earthy type flavor it doesn’t taste good to me. However, the juice makes it taste like it’s not even in there. I recommend this product definitely if you’re having a digestive system problem.

Cocolmeca Extract Drops for Detox Support is simply a way to treat you and your body better! It not only helps with detox support but immune system boost and digestive health support. It says to add 1ml to water or juice. I wasn’t sure exactly what that was so I asked Alexa who replied 1ml =0.203 tsp or 20 drops. Luckily as you can see on the photo, the dropper it comes with shows increments :) so it was so simple. The taste was actually good, opposed to some supplements that are hard to take this one is not. If you’ve been thinking about starting supplements this is an good starting point! Go for it!

This tincture is potent and as directed a small amount is all that is needed. Cocolmeca is reported by various cultures to be a valuable herbal health plant. There is much to read about online and I am always open to improving my digestion, vascular and over-all health. I am new to Cocolmeca but in just a couple of days I can tell that this tincture is potent, unique and functional in the short term.The bark or root bark is said to be used for the medicinal components found there, and tinctures are said to be the best way to extract the maximum of those components. The scent and flavor is very pleasant to me, and I didn't feel the need to mix it but rather just followed up with water. I like it so far.5 stars
