Not sure if I would do this one again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant kick start to detox with ibs. *by N***T on 29 March 2019* I suffer from ibs, and wasn’t sure if it would work. I do a lot of walking for work and that it is only time for exercise, and stuck to all the tablets every day and had porridge for breakfast, shake for lunch and small meal in evening. Day 6 i have lost 3lb and 3” around waist. I didn’t want my usual snacks in evening which is my hardest struggle. I would use this again. ### ⭐ Detox *by T***R on 6 May 2019* Tried doing this detox after the festive period to clean my liver and really struggled. Couldn’t do the full nine days as I felt it made me ill.Only managed to do six days and that was far too long.
