This implies that you can just connect the winch to a single pair. The concern would be that this supply provides a maximum of 30A and the winch draws a maximum of 30A so there is no margin. It is usually good practice to have some margin (excess capacity) to accommodate startup spikes and extend the life of the power supply. **Q: Connection decal shows -v and +v. does this mean it is a dual rail -12v/+12v power supply or is that just showing which terminal is pos and neg?** A: Just showing you the positive and negative Terminals **Q: Is the 12 volts clean enough to power an audio amp without noise?** A: I used this power supply to power a boom box. It has a Jensen cmr2629 Bluetooth car radio and a Sony cd fm/am player cdx-gt54uiw. It sounds good with no noise. But I am not sure it will be noise free for and audio amp.
