    Great Knee Pads!!

I ordered these for yoga and other fitness classes for kneeling poses/moves. I have a knee replacement and could not kneel or put pressure on that knee. These pads helped so much!! I am able to do almost all the kneeling poses now! They are in my gym bag everyday!!

Maybe it's my fault for not reading or understanding the description and reviews correctly, but these are horrible.  The pads are indented in the center and do not give any support to your wrists at all. Ok, for knees but not very thick.

I have been using these when I go on my knees in yoga.  I find them to help tremendously with comfort.  I do find that they slide a little bit on my yoga towels, but that is normally because I'm not balanced correctly.
