Review: Love this facial steamer - I have purchased a lot of different facial steamers in my 20 years in this profession, priced from $125 to $800. This streamer works like my $800 streamer which I had over 6 years and loved. They do not make it any more was the reason I had not purchase another one. So it has been a long road trying to find a good one again. This facial steamer is it. There was a small issue at first with the water holder but Silver Fox immediately corrected it. I liked this one so much I told the other 4 facialists I work with. They also purchased one each and love their new steamers also. Thank you Silver Fox...
Review: Not for commercial use - Lots of plastic parts and just not heavy duty. If you will subject this to much moving around or daily use, you may want to consider something a bit more expensive and made with more steel parts. This lasted about 4 months of daily use in our business, other brands typically last us about two or more years.

**Q: I only need a new canister,do you sell them?**

**Q: I moved and the movers somehow lost the piece/pieces that hold the pole to the floor stand. I cannot remember what it even looked like. Help?**

**Q: is the steam arm adjustable?**
A: The steam arm does not have a telescoping feature (does not extend) nor does it adjust up or down. The only adjusting feature is the ability to rotate the uv filter (white portion) about 30 degrees in each direction

**Q: I've noticed that some equipment description does not mention in the product description about the UL saftey standards. Why is that?**
A: I have no idea why there is no mention of UL safety standards in the description.  Have used the product for over one year and appears to be completely safe.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great steamer

I've had a few different steamers. The reason I like this one so much is that there is no ding when it turns off, you get to control the length of time it is on, and it turns off automatically when the water level gets too low. The steam is very fine and nice. The supplier sent me a new reservoir as the first one cracked, and they didn't charge me for it. So glad about that. The only thing is that the base could be more stable. But it's not a huge deal.
