A friend on mine had his starter cap go out on his HVAC unit. We changed it out in less than 30 minutes and got everything up and running. I did verify that the installed start cap was bad (fan/compressor would not start and I verified capacitance on both outputs). This part is more $$ compared to the imports but I have a feeling (not verified) that the construction is better. I am going to go look for a Youtube video to verify this concept.

Product shipped was not the value that I ordered, the capacitor would not allow the condensor to start, had to have hvac tech to trouble shoot wrong value and he supplied the correct value,Very disappointed with this item.
