My 1st shipment was clearly delayed or lost then found . 80 plus percent dead when received. When reported they quickly sent a new shipment. And now the lady bugs are happy and working in our garden area . The bag was active when it arrived . And more important they are active in the garden area . I enjoy them we like nature and raise bees and chickens and geese and accept we might not have perfect looking food but no chemicals are worth the trade off .
