Excellent product, it works. *by C***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 June 2017* On the 29th January this year my dog Bella ran head on into my knee at high speed. What made the injury even worse was that I was running towards her as she hit my knee head-on, all 26Kg of Black Labrador pup (8 months old). I was rushed to A+E and my knee was in a seriously bad way.An MRI and several X-Rays diagnosed a torn Patella, 2 fractures and serious bone bruising. The pain was (for almost 3 months) indescribable. I was unable to walk for almost 4 months and even now, in the June of the same year, I am still unable to walk downstairs properly or run. In fact, though i can walk slowly and carefully, I cannot even walk fast and for a previously fit hiker/trekker its been extremely hard. On the picture i have uploaded of the tape on my knee, you can still see its badly swollen (not as bad as it used to be!!).This tape has revolutionised the latter part of my recovery. So much so, that following receipt and use of my first order (Beige) I have today placed a second order for the Blue. If you are injured this tape will help you as its currently helping me I should well imagine.Where is the Purple and the Green seen in the product pic?? I want to order the green and the purple and those two colour choices are not available to order!I received a pack of two rolls - both boxed beautifully with a muscly hunk on the front wearing the blue and pink tapes. I had no idea how to use it, I'm a first timer with this sports tape lark, so went on to You Tube to seek out an instructional video. I found more than enough, and one that gave me detailed directions on how to apply the tape for a Patella injury. I also did a full knee protection as well (for the newly healed fractures) over the top of the Patella placement (goes like an S shape) and in use this application is perfect for my particular knee. You can of course use this tape on all other areas of the body where injuries and sprains occur.Each of the two rolls is 5cm x 5m and one roll will last me a good while, so i think this is exceptional value for money. The quality is as I would hope, the backing tape tearing easily so I could attach my tape initially, before fully removing the backing tape to wrap around my knee area. The tape adheres well to the skin and so far it hasn't come loose. I imagine the ends may curl up a tad as the day progresses but that wont bother me none. The stretch is great and as per the you tube video i watched online to see how to apply this, I stretched 50% and that's worked out ideal. My injured knee and particularly my patella ligament are so very well supported. I am virtually pain free when walking around my home now.This tape has given me back some of the comfort and security that the knee brace the NHS had me in for 3 months did.
