Their plastic tool broke very quickly before I had half of the first pad off. I switched to flat metal end of nail clipper, and was fine. Do watch removal video. When putting new upgraded gel pad on, make sure line up the little dot/bump and press the clips in , try from the inside under the memory pad, where the opening area is. I could feel the clip and made it easier to push each one in. I can tell that it is a cooler pad but it's just a little better. Not major. No instructions in the bag. The surface touching your skin is not PU-leather, but a microfiber like cloth. Breathes a bit better. Old ones used to get sweaty after hours. I'd get it again. But I would save money on the blue plastic tool. There are others without it for less. I do like the gel pad feel. Worth the $ 14.. Pads 5, tool 0.. I ordered the replacements while at a hotel. They came with the handy tool to remove the old ones and the new snapped in perfectly. Took me only about 3-4 minutes.
