Two security keys included to allow override opening in the event of forgotten keypad code or loss of battery power. Hotel type master code can be set. Low battery warning. Good instructions on setup and fixing. Very pleased with the product.

Update: Picked this open easily with a tubular lock pick in under 5 seconds. Thought this safe might have had additional security measures on the master over ride but apparently not. Will be returning.
