My normal shoe size is 12. I purchased that size of the item. I found the design easy to put on even with my edema. Problem - slipper too short, so I ordered size 13 - it was better but still too short, the slippers hurt my feet after an hour of wearing. I do like the rubber sole and light weight of the product and I am not going to return them because I have used them and returning is not worth the trouble. Because the soles are flat, it is easy to catch the toe on a rug - which might cause a fall - which at my age would be a disaster. Because this product is a slipper, it does not give any support like a shoe. I may order size 14.
