I have eaten so much buckwheat in my life so I definitely can tell what a good one is. In Russia where I am from we used to eat it every single day. It is our go to grain. So my mom came to visit and here in the States it isn’t common and you can’t really buy it at every store. So I read the reviews and bought this one. And to my surprise and my mom’s this was the best buckwheat we ever tried in our whole entire life. It isn’t toasted like Russian one would be. So the taste is a bit different. It is sweeter and more buttery. I will be your customer forever now.
