Review: Works as expected - The lights come with little transparent clips that you attach to the back of your pc with command strips, and then the light strips snap into the clips. The lights are fully customizable with the app, though the app did take some exploration to figure out how to get just two colors without movement as I wanted. The lights don't turn on until the app is installed and a color scheme is chosen so don't freak out if they don't immediately light up after plugging in the USB. I did feel like the cord in between the strips is quite stiff and seemed a tad too large even though my screen size is within the range, but I made it work. Made me wonder whether they were measuring the screens actual width or going by the diagonal measurement the manufacturers use. The cord isn't super long so if your pc tower isn't fairly close to your monitor you might want to get a female to male USB extender. Overall very happy with the purchase.

The lights come with little transparent clips that you attach to the back of your pc with command strips, and then the light strips snap into the clips. The lights are fully customizable with the app, though the app did take some exploration to figure out how to get just two colors without movement as I wanted. The lights don't turn on until the app is installed and a color scheme is chosen so don't freak out if they don't immediately light up after plugging in the USB. I did feel like the cord in between the strips is quite stiff and seemed a tad too large even though my screen size is within the range, but I made it work. Made me wonder whether they were measuring the screens actual width or going by the diagonal measurement the manufacturers use. The cord isn't super long so if your pc tower isn't fairly close to your monitor you might want to get a female to male USB extender. Overall very happy with the purchase.

### ⭐ Terrible computer program

The lights themselves are not bad at all, great quality. The desktop program to run the lights, the worst I’ve ever seen. First off, it’s entirely in Chinese so good luck trying to read what it’s asking when it crashes. Second, the program is so bad, it constantly crashes and the light flicker off and on. The quality of the lights is completely over shadowed by the anger and head pain caused by the program never working properly. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $30 on the govee version….
