This box set was released especially for record store day on 18th April 2015 in a very limited run of 1000 pieces and so be quick if you want a copy. A very good job has been done with this release and it is a really lovely collectors item. Included in this box set is :  from genesis to revelation mono LP on 180g vinyl. Includes replica inner bag and lyric sheetfrom genesis to revelation stereo LP on 180g vinylsingles, demos and rarities LP on 180g vinylthe silent sun/that's me 7" single 'promo'a winter's tale/one eyed hound 7" single 'promo'where the sour turns to sweet/in hiding 7" single 'promo'12 page booklet with items of memorabilia plus a written article courtesy of Chris Welch.The vinyl pressings are of a very high quality and are lovely and quiet. The packaging too is of a high quality. To obtain the original versions of these releases would cost a fortune if you are able to track them down and of course in this version they are pristine.

Great box set which is a must for the Genesis completest. People moaning about sound representation are generally those with specialist Hi-Fi in which i have plenty advice but ill say no more other than listen to the music & enjoy, not the stereo equipment. LOL

    Bad vinyl and distorted sound on mono disc.

My copy has quite a few audible surface scratches on all the records, and vinyl was very dusty. The mono versjon seems to be mastered too loud. The sound is very distorted. I give it two stars for its historical value.
