**Q: When I received the rubber ramp it was very curved, what should I do with it?**
A: Since the rubber ramp is made of flexible material, it will bend slightly after packing. To speed up the recovery of the ramp, you can break it in the opposite direction of the bend in the ramp, or press it with a heavy object for a while to recover.
