Don't let it's size fool you, it's incredibly capable on scale appropriate obstacles. The ANS shell does make it a little top heavy, but the 1:1 scale Power Wagon was also top heavy. In scale appropriate terrain, it performs very well. What impressed most was the low speed control and modulation with a single speed gearbox. The throttle and steering control is amazing and silky smooth especially when climbing obstacles. Compared to larger crawlers, the Axial is pleasantly quiet with now growing or motor whine.
