Setting it up was easy and the Nylon strap along with the part that goes in behind the door to lock in place is very sturdy. The only problem I have is that the Nylon strap is far too thin, not in thickness, but the overall width of the strap. Its to narrow and therefore making it very uncomfortable to grip it. It actually starts to hurt your hands. I had to buy a pair of workout gloves to be able to grip the strap strong enough to hold my leg in place in order to stretch. I am happy with HOW it works, but if I buy another one, it will be one with a much wider strap, and I do see them being sold at other shops on Amazon. She became upset and wanted to quit it all until I showed her this product on Amazon. She instantly smiled and jumped for joy that such a thing existed and insisted we order it right away! 2 days later it came, and we are so pleased with the ease of installation (she can do it herself) and the portability. She's used it a few times and can already tell a difference in her Kung Fu kicks. It is her first year in competitive cheer and wants to be a flyer. This item will help her get there. It is made of good quality materials and is simple to use. The only thing I have to help her with is the initial setup on the door because she is to short to reach the top. I would suggest that you place it closer to the hinge side of the door so most of the pull is on the hinges. I have suggested this product to other parents at her gym and they also agreed it was a great investment.
