Lots of pockets to keep things separated, and lots of zips (most importantly, to hang keyrings from). She will carry all kinds of things in it, and never complains about the weight, so must be pretty comfortable. The bottle holders (1 either side) fit a standard water bottle (not the extra large style though). The removable lunch bag comes in handy too. Has lasted really well - 9 months in and still no signs of wear and tear. Unsure of the reflective qualities (she cycles to school), but we easily attached reflectors to the clips and handles.
