I absolutely love the original and grape flavored ones and the best part, no after taste or weird smelling breath. I felt like the lemon was too sweet, but that could be because I am used to putting real lemon juice in my water. However, the amount of energy I receive from these drink mixes are AMAZING. I drink one a day, usually around 2 or 3pm. I love the fact that they are liquid and easy to mix with water.
