Taiki Tea culinary grade matcha is perfect for baking with for a tasty treat or adding to smoothies and juices for a matcha hit  Made of 100% organic matcha green tea. Grown in the beautiful world renowned matcha growing region of Uji, near Kyoto Japan, our organic matcha is only harvested once a year ensuring that the quality and taste is incomparable to other organic matcha's which are often harvested 2 - 3 times per year.  Matcha green tea powder is a supercharged green tea which has an abundance of antioxidants and nutrients. It is these antioxidants which are so incredibly good for the body as they go around mopping up free radicals. Different grades of matcha will have varying levels of goodness. To find a great matcha, look for one that is grown in the best regions in Japan and where the leaves are also picked once a year, allowing time for the nutrients to mature.  Sold in 100g resealable packet.
