I had to use one hand to hold the back of the tray & force the case in with the other hand in order to get some cases to fit well. Those same cases cannot be easily removed with one hand, either.These trays also have four rubber dots on the bottom to prevent them from sliding, which I didn't expect. They're definitely useful, especially on my glass shelf.
