Its surprising a lot smaller than I originally expected but still very nice doesn'tf eel cheap, it has a easy simple transformation, very nostalgic of the original Hot Shot from '05-'06. It does come with a cyber planet key but its very very small like the size of a dime or penny. All an all, I'm pretty happy with it. Definitely buy if you're a fan of Transformers: Cybertron

I think it's great! Brings me back to my favorite character and figure when I was a kid! Really well done, and its one of the taller deluxe class figures out today. It is almost as tall as the original in robot mode and has a great head sculpt!
