The height adjusting foot snapped due to its poor quality resulting in the seat tumbling backwards and my son smashing his head on the pavement. As an Aircraft Engineer I feel qualified to say he is within the weight limit, it was most definitely fitted correctly and it wasn’t being used inappropriately. It is just poor quality and unsafe! Given there are multiple reviews stating similar occurrences I would question how this passes any safety testing? Amazon should withdraw it from sale. ### ⭐ Snapped and unsafe *by H***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 February 2020* This product has been fine up until today. Whilst my little one was sat in this seat it snapped which resulted in her tipping backwards. Luckily we were stopped at school otherwise it could have been so much worse.
