Even for scrambled eggs this morning the way it cooked and the non stick effect of the seasoning was better than any pan I own. I hesitated buying as apparently it is a frequently returned product, which puzzles me but we all have different tastes and requirements. It is heavy, but for me this definitely works in its favour for stability. I have an induction hob and this wok woks beautifully with it, really heating up fast and more evenly than my steel pans do due to being iron and the density of it. The handles too work well for occasional tipping when doing stir fries. Personally I cannot fault it and am really pleased with it.
