These don't upset my stomach at all and I have to be very careful what I take on an empty stomach because I use a lot of Ibuprofen. I did notiice some irregular round pebbles of product in the bag but nothing weird other than a spill because the zip top came undone while knocking around in the big backpack I currently store my supplements in. I'm still in the first two weeks but I've noticed a real boost in the morning especially compared to a fasting state during my intermittent fasting for weight loss.
