I have used it many times while playing tennis and while in vacation. The included strap help maintain stability. The ability to put around your neck and just go is a plus. Review: well made, easy to use and my footage was very smooth even without the chest strap - Absolutely love this. I bought it for a trip I have in September. I wanted to get it long in advance of the trip so I could familiarize myself with it. First time I used it, I was sold. It is very well made, comfortable and easy to take on and off. I looked at the footage and it was very smooth (used the insta 360 X 4). I didn't even use the provided chest strap and it was smooth. The neck portion is also pliable to some extent so I was able to lower it a LITTLE. Only thing I wish they offered was a longer neck size, because for me, it does ride a bit on the high side. ## Features - 【Universal Action Camera Compatibility】 Comes equipped with a standard 3-claw bent hook mount.
