This grill heats up in 15 minutes or less*, cooks evenly, and features a full grate sear zone. Cook confidently with intuitive digital controls and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity that lets you monitor and control the smoker grill remotely, see live graphs of your cook, get readiness alerts, recipes, and more from the WEBER CONNECT app on your smart phone. The WEBER CONNECT digital LCD controller is simple and intuitive to navigate with a backlit knob and large, lighted display. Steel front and side tables (sold separately) add workspace to prep or pull food from the smoker. Large cooking capacity lets you cook on two levels at the same time. The deep 9.5"" top rack easily fits a brisket and can be removed to create a 11.5"" tall space that accommodates larger foods like roasts and poultry. Smoker's side hopper location makes it easy to load pellets and is sized perfectly to fit a standard 20-pound bag of pellets.
