I thought there's a mechanism to lift it up but then I found out there was none as when I tilt the device, I hear something lose and moving around. The top of the device was also lose. I couldn't use it. What the heck? It is also night time and then weekends. What a shame, very pricy but durability is poor. Didn't get to do anything with it... I kept pushing, nothing happening. It does not require electricity.

When this item arrived it was already broken. I thought there's a mechanism to lift it up but then I found out there was none as when I tilt the device, I hear something lose and moving around. bought it because I wanted glass bottle instead of plastic- but then 2 months later they issue a steel bottle for the cheaper sleeker model !- very stylish which is good because it takes up a lot of space and stands out visually. There really seems no justification for charging $350 just to inject CO2. And they include a cloth to mop up the leakage after each use. Probably it's too costly to design a safe home use model for injecting CO2 under pressure into a sealed glass bottle.- so the customer has to clean the spill over.
