The speaker part that sits inside your ear is angled upward instead of towards your ear hole so you have to twist it down against the design. Very poor design.

THESE are great for the GYM, I have ear issues and cannot wear normal ear buds, these work great since they hook onto the outside of your ears as you are on the treadmill or bike, etc. Sound quality is great. very durable as well, I have had them for a few years now and they still work perfect
