(Did not require a professional) It doesn’t make noise, just when the buttons are pressed but that can be changed with no problem (instructions in the manual). Speed 1-4 are similar and kinda slow so I would recommend keeping it at 5-6 during this hot summer. The direction of the fan can also be changed using the remote control so there’s no manual switch as the traditional ones. The colors and style were great too.
